Uduak-Joe Ntuk is a nationally recognized energy, environmental, and technology expert with nearly two decades of experience in the public and private sectors. He is a former California energy regulator, LA City Petroleum Administrator, and an adjunct faculty member at the California State University, Long Beach in the Chemical Engineering Department. He earned a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Southern California, Bachelors of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from California State University, Long Beach, and Certificate in Climate Change from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government. Mr. Ntuk is also a two term elected member of the Long Beach City College Board of Trustees.
